Die Polizeigewalt, die tödliche Polizeigewalt in den USA ist nicht der Ausdruck einer bestimmten Gruppe im Polizeiapparat.

Die Polizeigewalt, die tödliche Polizeigewalt in den USA ist nicht auf ein oder mehrere unglückliche Zufälle zurückzuführen – quasi die Verkettung unglücklicher Umstände.

Die Polizeigewalt, die tödliche Polizeigewalt in den USA passiert nicht im Affekt.

Die Polizeigewalt, die tödliche Polizeigewalt in den USA gegen Schwarze ist systematisch, institutionalisiert und organisiert.

Sie ist Teil der Siedler- und Sklavenhaltetradition, die in ihrem inneren Wesen einerseits den Genozid enthält, aber auch abgesonderte d.h. in der ökonomischen Dimension unbrauchbare Teile der Bevölkerung mit brutalster Gewalt kontrollieren muss.

Der Tod von George Floyd, das langsame Ersticken eines Menschen in der Öffentlichkeit ist nicht nur ein Tod. Diese Art und Weise entspricht der historisch in den USA verwurzelten rituellen Ermordung – dem Lynchen. Diese Methode hat eine Botschaft an die Überlebenden: Ihr seid nichts (wert).

Ein anderer Tod, in einem anderen Teil der Erde, mit einer methodischen Ähnlichkeit in der inszenierten Hinrichtung, mit einer ähnlichen siedlerkolonialen Mentalität ist der Tod von Eyad Hallak.

So wie George Floyd in aller Öffentlichkeit in Minneapolis ermordet wurde, so wurde Eyad Hallak in aller Öffentlichkeit in Jerusalem durch 10 (ZEHN!) Schüsse von der Israeli Border Police ermordet.
So wie George auf seinem Weg von A nach B war, war Eyad auf seinem Weg von A nach B.

So wie im Fall von George die Behörden davon faseln, er hätte gefälschtes Geld besessen, faseln die Behörden in Jerusalem, Eyad hätte einen verdächtigen Gegenstand in der Hand gehalten. Wie perfide und obszön? Früher – in den dunklen Zeiten sagten die Behörden: „Auf der Flucht erschossen“.

Eins ist sicher. Beide, George Floyd und Eyad Hallak sind Opfer eines Systems, das sie und ihre Vorfahren nicht gewählt haben – die USA und Israel kamen über sie. Deswegen ist es unerheblich mit was sie bezahlen wollten oder was in der Hand hielten – sie wurden brutal ermordet.

Somit sind ihre beiden Schicksale – und sie mögen in Frieden ruhen – keine isolierten und getrennt voneinander zu betrachtenden Ereignissen. Diese beiden Ereignisse sind historisch, ideologisch und systematisch miteinander verknüpft.

Am besten ist diese organisierte Verbindung daran zu erkennen, dass nicht nur die Polizei von Minneapolis ihre Spezialausbildung und Trainings von der israelischen Polizei erhält, sondern weitere 33 Bundesstaaten Kooperationen in der Polizeiausbildung mit dem israelischen Apartheidstaats haben.

Beide Staaten, die USA und Israel wurden von weißen EuropäerInnen gegründet – und das auf Kosten der ursprünglichen Gesellschaften und im Falle der USA ökonomisch über 400 Jahre Arbeit durch Versklavte aufgebaut. Da scheint es nur logisch, dass die heutige EU in ihren strategischen Projekten wie Horizon2020 und in Organisationen wie CEPOL (European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training) ihre Polizeien von denen ausbilden lässt, die das Handwerk von modernen Methoden zur Kontrolle und Unterdrückung am Bestem versteht: vom israelischen Apartheidstaat.

Police violence, the deadly police violence in the United States is not the expression of a particular group in the police apparatus.

The police violence, the deadly police violence in the United States cannot be reduced to one or more unfortunate coincidences – a chain of unfortunate circumstances, so to speak.

The police violence, the deadly police violence in the United States does not happen in the heat of the moment.

Police violence, the deadly police violence in the United States against black people, is systematic, institutionalised and organised.

It is part of the settler and slave holder tradition, a system which contains genocide on the one hand, and on the other needs to ruthlessly contain and control secluded parts of society that do not appear as profitable economically.

The death of George Floyd, the slow suffocation of a person in public is not just a death. This corresponds to the ritual murder historically rooted in the United States – lynching. The use of this method is a message to the survivors: you are (worth) nothing.

Another death in another part of the world, showing a methodical resemblance in the theatrical execution and a similar settler-colonial mentality is the death of Eyad Hallak.

Just like George Floyd was publicly murdered in Minneapolis, Eyad Hallak was publicly murdered in Jerusalem – his body riddled with 10 (TEN!) bullets by the Israeli Border Police.

Just like George was on his way from A to B, Eyad was on his way from A to B.

Just like in George’s case, with the authorities blathering about his counterfeit money, the authorities in Jerusalem blather about Eyad having a suspicious item in his hand. How perfidious and obscene?
Earlier – back in the dark days, the authorities used to say: „Shot while trying to escape“.

One thing is certain. Both George Floyd and Eyad Hallak are victims of a system that they and their ancestors did not choose – the United States and Israel were imposed on them. Therefore, it doesn’t matter what they wanted to pay with or what they held in their hand – they were brutally murdered.
And so, both of their two destinies – and may they rest in peace – are not isolated and separate events.

These two events are linked historically, ideologically and systematically.
This institutional connection can best be recognised by the fact that not only do the Minneapolis police officers receive their special trainings from the Israeli police, but that a further 33 states have established cooperation in police training with the Israeli apartheid state.

Both states, the USA and Israel were founded by white Europeans – and built at the expense of the indigenous societies and, in the case of the USA, established economically throughout over 400 years of work
by enslaved people. It seems only logical that today’s EU, in its strategic projects like Horizon2020 and in organisations like CEPOL (European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training), has its police apparatuses trained by those who best understand the craft of modern methods of control and oppression: the Israeli apartheid state.
